Obummer sidestepping Congress isn't a surprise, but if the only recourse Boehner has in his arsenal is radio shows and appropriations hearings, then don't expect Obama to stop anytime soon.

I thought we were a nation of laws and that our country was governed by our Constitution” — whoa, most naive speaker ever. Or perhaps he is just afraid to publicly proclaim that we have a communist dictator in the WH.

I fail to see why Boehner finds willful subversion of our Constitution so doggone funny.

Weve got an appropriations process thats under control here where we have the ability to limit their use of funds to try to bring this administration to heel,Something with a little more teeth than talk radio.

The Ohio Republican blasted Obama and accused him of usurping the authority that the U.S. Constitution grants to Congress. I thought we were a nation of laws and that our country was governed by our Constitution, Boehner said. Like our congress critters have never supported something that's unconstitutional?? The explain why the Obozo is our current president Mr. Boehner!
To: Rufus2007
This guy just goes and does it while our side holds a circle jerk on the radio.
Maybe some blog posts will scare him off too?
If he is acting out of bounds of the constitution, then F*CKING DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, JACKASS!

Ok what is Boehner going to do? Point his finger and say “You can't do that!” It's time to stop talking. Obummer is making congress irrelevant. Congress needs to stand up and start using the force of the constitution. Issue arrest warrants, subpoena’s,bring up charges of treason, but something. Congress put him in illegally they should remove him from office the same way he got in.

Hey! Yeah you, “Boehner-on-retainer!” Where is YOUR “Check-and Balance” to the Executive Branch?
OUR Founding Fathers made that pretty clear to US!
We don’t to hear you say” - - - I have great concerns that he may be, Boehner said. And I know that our committees of jurisdiction, the Educational Workforce Committee in the area of student loans and when it comes to home ownership programs, probably the Financial Services Committee those chairmen and those staffs are looking at these proposals to make sure that the president isnt exceeding his authority. - - - , blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!”
We want to hear action: Censorship, Recall, Resination and/or Impeachment of Obama!
YOU have delayed long enough, now ACT!

Agreeing to the Super Debt Committee was a big disappointment. GOP held all the power and let it go. Seems there is some fix in, to raise taxes and/or reduce military.
The same with Obama going into Libya, he gave them a pass.

It is time that Congress immediately begins an intense investigation of OBAMA’S UTTER DISREGARD OF THE CONSTITUTION! THIS MAN SHOULD BE PUBLICALY EXPOSED FOR PERSONALY CAUSING THE DOWNFALL OF OUR ECONOMY, THUS THE WEAKENING OF OUR PRECIOUS FREEDOMS, AND THE DEMISE OF OUR REPUBLIC! He and his predecessors who shared in his treasonous acts should suffer the laws on the books for such crimes.

Talk will not work, Boehner , you actually have to do something.
Congress needs to stop Obama’s abuse of power, without warning and with great haste.
If Congress believes the laws and the constitution will not allow them to put a stop to this nonsense, then THEY need to tell the American people that they are powerless in dealing with Obama’s reckless and deliberate disregard of our country’s constitution. Congress needs to tell the American people that we must simply stand quietly and watch Obama and his democrats destroy our country.
No talk... just do.

Article II, Section 1, US Constitution.
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
These are probably pertinent words behind the "Executive Power" practiced by modern Presidents.
Please note, however, that the word executive isn't capitalized in the Constitution.
Might this be a factor justifying either Impeachment or taking the matter to the Supreme Court?
