That was probably just a "behavior modification" bomb anyway. The target's behavior gets modified right to the hospital. I bet it's approved by Homeland Security so you know it's safe and doesn't really hurt.
The cop is getting a bad rap. I wouldn't trust Dwight Evans (in his prime) to make that throw. Heck, it had to be 30'. I'm sure the officer did not intend the behavior bomb to land right in the small crowd directly in front of him.
If we can keep bashing these Flea-Baggers we'll win the election for sure. It really resonates well with the voters.
