Maybe one of the great legal minds here on FR could explain to this layman how it is that John F. Banzhaf III, the George Washington University Professor of Public Interest Law, could have standing to sue Catholic University.
We might need to look at some kind of ‘loser pay’ laws.
I don’t think it’s a proper lawsuit, I think it’s a complaint with the District of Colombia Office of Human Rights.
