Look at the body language...........that speaker keeps shacking his head "NO", when he is supposedly speaking in favor of Cain.

They obviously weren't taking into account all the language-stunted viewers who rely solely on head movement to interpret what somebody is saying.

It has NOTHING at all with being “language stunted”, what ever that's supposed to mean, as it's something people unconsciously pick upon.
