Mitt is blowing all his money, Mitt raised 14.2 million in the quarter, but spent 12.28 million of it.

I was thinking Cain would have to make up ground, but I didn't know that Romney had already blown most of what he has raised with his big spending liberal habits. Cain could actually surpass Romney in cash on hand soon.
