Palin was in a position that few have. A very rare position. And she chose to punt and frankly fumbled the snap.
If she could have convinced enough people to elect her she could have moved forward on the things that matter to her and when elected had a unique ability to lead to get Congress to put forth bills she could sign that could put into place that reflected her values.
