Master politician? Are you trolling? Shouldn’t there be a “sarcasm” following that sentence?

I know you’re new around here, and this causes one to ponder.

I think it could be said in a technical sense that Slick was a master politician. No one lies, cheats and obfuscates better than that dude. As far as a leader, he was a slimy toad. I will always remember that clip of him leaving the Ron Brown funeral where he was laughing and playing grab ass with another guy until he noticed the TV cameras and on went the water works and frown.

No trolling, relax. I am to the right of Cain & Perry on almost every issue.

Bill Clinton was the shlickmeister as Rush calls him. He survived even after impeachment by the house. He triangulated, obfuscated better than any politician in my lifetime. And I am not young! The only democrat I have respect for was JFK. JFK speech on tax cuts is a masterpiece, repeated several times by Rush & Levin on their radio shows. I have despised every democrat since, with the exception of LBJ, but I was just too young then to understand implications of guns and butter.

But yes, Billy Jeff was and still is a master politician.
