Sometimes DVDs come with 'behind the scenes' segments. That might be the best place to find more 'clues' as to when she will announce.

Run it backwards at half-speed....she announces at 12:53...it’s in Croatian though so I’m not 100% sure if she says I announce or I can’t stop laughing...
