We could start with Roseanne.

I watched a Netflix video yesterday called, “The French Revolution.”

The guys who started the beheadings and urged the masses to keep the heads rolling eventually lost their own heads. That’s when the bloodletting came to an end. We could make it less painful if we just started at that point.

Logic and reason will get you nowhere in a country where many have crossed the divide between those two attributes and illogic and emotion.

We acquired a series of 1899 books of famous orations. I was surprised that Robespierre, the leader of the mass beheadings in France, along with a speech defending his position had earlier made a speech that was against capital punishment. I was shocked to see that he had at one time held views that were 180 degrees opposite.
