So tell me then who do we trust i say moderation is a good thing in moderation but when it comes to our health its seems that a lot of news articles of late tell us that the things that were healthy 10 even 20 years ago are now becoming bad for us i heard just this morning on the news that several cups of coffee a day dark coffee at that is good for warding off breast cancer dark chocolate is good for fighting type 2 diabetes ?

I think a lot of these articles are formed to work in favor of communist health care they get the gullible to take the hook and they are made sick in favor of the government by the government ran mainstream media or government media you choose what name remember chaos is never a bad thing when government such as ours is corrupt they can twist the stories any way they want !

So call me a conspiracy theorist or even a nut-bag but I've been doing my research and a lot of it points to media manipulation toward the masses of the gullible
