Addendum: The risks in something like this are acceptable if the vaccination is voluntary.
But Governor Perry made this mandatory and that makes him solely responsible for the deaths of any young women forced to take this shot.
I am not voting for this man. If he’ll force my kids to be exposed to a potentially lethal medication as a governor then I cannot and will not trust him as President.
There was an opt-out clause, and Perry even mentioned it in his press release announcing the EO. Educate yourself and you won't look so ignorant the next time you post about this "mandate".

Parents may choose to opt out of mandatory vaccinations for reasons of conscience, including religious beliefs. The governors executive order directs DSHS to ease the opt out process by providing exemption request forms online.

12,280 women in the United States were diagnosed with cervical cancer.
4,021 women in the United States died from cervical cancer.
