Lack of New Jobs Likely to Spur Fed, Obama to Take Bold Actions

Still, that sampling irregularity has no effect on the trend, which clearly shows that the U.S. recovery is deteriorating. Signs of a continued deceleration add to the pressure on President Barack Obama, who is putting the finishing touches on a highly anticipated jobs plan, and all but guarantees the Federal Reserve will try further measures as it struggles to fulfill its mandate to bolster hiring.

America’s economy has failed to create enough jobs to keep up with natural increases in the labour force for four consecutive months, a number than economists say is about 100,000. Over that period, employers added an average of 39,500 workers per month. The monthly average over the four months before the recession started in December, 2007: 65,200.

“The choice about hiring, about investing, is whether companies think they can expand,” said Gary Burtless, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution in Washington and a former economist at the Labor Department. “Companies are looking forward and asking: Where are the sales going to come from?”

Further evidence of economic stagnation likely will prompt further stimulus from the Federal Reserve, and adds pressure on Mr. Obama to deliver a jobs plan that can win backing in a political system that is so divided that it took brinkmanship last month to come up with an agreement to pay the nation’s bills.

“I would be arguing to go bold next Thursday,” Christina Romer, the former head of Mr. Obama’s Council of Economic Advisers, told Bloomberg Television on Friday. “We never really got up a head of steam,” she said. “My best guess is we are going to continue to grow weakly.”

Tax cuts and reduced regulations are water to this economic blaze as Obama's policies are gasoline.

The house is burning down, and of course their answer is more gas.

They're totally insane.

While the article has an purposefully eye catching title through all the blah blah blah it is another stimulus probably to another bankrupt failed company.

Things that need to but will NEVER happen.

FOR STARTERS

-DEFUND OBAMACARE

-Kill Dodd/Frank bill

-Kill the amendement’s in the CRAct

-Open back up coal

-Drill in lands that Sarah Palin has proved would not endanger any animals, plants, or field mice or snakes ANWR

-Bring back the steel mills and foundries

-Cut/downsize big time government EPA,IRS,DeptofEduc immediately

-Get government out of regulating everything and what kids eat

-Fire all lobbiests’ now

-Enact a term limits law forcing retirement GTFO of mostly all of the senate and house

-All house and senate take immediate HUGE paycuts and go own your own for healthcare (enough money to fund this is in they’re ponzi scheme offshore accounts)Keep retirement pension but cut staff down in all of government from POTUS down eliminate the job of “page’ hire your own gophers at home.Do the same with state/county workers let them get good bennies and pay but no 100% healthCare

-Deal out what is currently owed on SocSec and then eliminate it people can do their own 401K’s in privatization;then people can retire before they are near dead or beaten down sick.If people don’t set up a 401K fund in private or work it is they’re dumbass faults they do not need a nanny.Take all monies owed to each individual currently and give it to them to invest how they chose or spend on a new boat or car or flush down the toilet.CEASE gov regulating everything.

-Open up health care in all states making it competitive like Geico car insurance.End the dumbassed COBRA nobody can afford it, it is stupid. No illegal aliens getting a free ride. We have to show our passport and drivers license to buy OTC sudafed if they don’t want to follow the laws and get citizenship or a green card GTFO.

-Have one hospital in every city that mirrors Charity hospital in NOLA.

-No discrimination of right to work states.Disallow the unions to be political and filling both of Obama’s and any democrats pockets

-Pass a tort reform law that keeps government out of states tort mass/class action medmal meddevice lawsuits

-No more POTUS/senate/house/governor/county/local and state boards/board of educ. campaigns that have to spend a billion dollars to lie to people. No candidate travels and gives fake speeches in every state. In the era of the internet and cable TV just lie on youtube or cable TV and all will see your speech and if you use a teleprompter you are disqualified.

-Dismantle the DNC and GOP and all the fat cats both parties have been infiltrated and corrupted.

-Sell the gold in Fort Knox and the statue of liberty, all the money saved from medicare/aid fraud and Obama not vacationing and a huge government garage sale of all the land they own and do nothing with,do whatever means needed to PAY CHINA in full and tell the UN FU.Donate as a country/government to the poor and if UNICEF shows no results after 45 years donate all the money home to a local childrens hosp or food line.

-Cease paying all terrorist countries and rogue terrorists.Send all the countries that we protect and nation build bills and if they don’t pay screw them.

-After the huge government garage sale and cuts whatever remaining monies is needed to pay off China send a massive bill to Kuwait for playing
army for them.

When Obama resigns jobs will appear, millions will be hired to clean up, repair and ultimately restore America.

Sure we may be figuratively janitors for the nation but what the heck a job is a job.

Bold action; $100 bills and packs of Marlboros on election day.

Which one will be worth more?

The solution that neither side wants to mention. Look at what you buy, see where the jobs went, AND BRING THE JOBS BACK.

3. Reduce the corporate and capital gains tax rates.

Tax corporations on their gross at a lower rate instead of "net" - which allows for all sorts of accounting gimmicks that have some corps paying their CEOs more than they pay in taxes. (Verizon for one.)

It also cuts out all the taxpayer-funded perks. The corps can still hand them out, only they won't be tax deductible any more.

allow businesses to deduct 105% of salaries of full time employees. Do the same for medical benefits and for retirement costs.

I like that idea.

Where was that trend from, Recovery Summer? Are you joking? Is this a joke? Or is that a real question?

WEST: You may recognize this famous quote: “From each according to his abilities to each according to his needs.” That’s from Karl Marx. How is Senator Obama not being a Marxist if he intends to spread the wealth around?
BIDEN: Are you joking? Is this a joke?
WEST: No.
BIDEN: Or is that a real question?
WEST: That’s a question.
BIDEN: He is not spreading the wealth around. He’s talking about giving the middle class an opportunity to get back the tax breaks they used to have.

But don't look for those finishing touches to be in the speech, that has to be cut short for the NFL.

No. Eliminate corporate taxes altogether.

Corporate taxes simply raise prices and make US industry less competitive.

Think of all the "unproductive" corporate employees in the tax areas, or complying with SarBox. Let them get real jobs.

I'd really like to stop trying to pick winners with the tax code.

Eliminating corporate taxes will:
1. Make the US a magnet for foreign companies
2. Eliminate the need to relocate overseas
3. Make US goods more competitive
4. Let the free market make decisions, instead of Washington

Companies are flocking overseas to communist countries in order to rake the profits, all the while signing on the dotted line in a deal with the Devil.

This must be stopped.

One thing we could do to open up jobs is cut back on legal immigration. Over 125,000 legal immigrants are coming into the United States every month ! A 10 year time-out on legal immigration would be a good place to start. We could go back to traditional levels of immigration which were about 200,000 per year until we get a grip on things.

As crazy as it sounds, that's not impossible.

In fact, when short term rates are less than the rate of inflation, that is in fact a negative interest rate.

Also, banks can impose a fee for keeping your money in their institution.
