The problem here is this...a BLACK caucus never should have been created because in and of itself, it is unconstitutional by the fact that it descriminates by race. Simply because the BLACK caucus exists, it's only right that white, brown and yellow caucuses should as well. But how stupid is that!? And that's my point. A BLACK caucus is shear stupidity and it IS RACIST at it's very core.
Keep in mind it was abolished by the old Republican House and kicked out of the Capitol and all federal buildings. The current group was re created under Pelosi
