Too true. I read an article a few weeks ago discussing the destruction of the black midle class due to declining govt employment because so many middle class blacks have a govt. job.

Blatant reverse discrimination.Yes - we had a local GS-13 that was responsible for a lot of excellent white candidates being passed over for substandard Black females. He also happened to be the president of a local chapter of the NAACP. Well-known, but nobody had the gonads to intervene.
