I know some immigration lawyers who do a lot of work in China. Smugglers will tell Chinese II’s, if caught to 1) claim you are a Christian and will be persecuted and 2) for women, claim you were forced to have abortions.
The idea that the Chinese Gov’t is going to pursue a peasant woman from a provincial village, even to the Cuba or the USA, is totally absurd. Having more than 1 child is increasingly common in China as well.
Can’t comment on this woman’s case, but its a common scam.
They sneaked out of China with four men using false Japanese passports to travel through Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal and finally to South Florida.

Why didnt she stay in one of those countries..
and since she already had the Japanese passport why didnt she go to Japan where they love children...
