Just as most of the world does not believe there is anything wrong with multiple wives, slavery, prostitution, concubines, mistresses, extortion, blood feuds, nepotism, tyranny, dictatorships, fascism, communism, wife beating, rape, torture, etc.

mamelukesabre is correct, CURRENTLY America believes pedophilia is deviant, but much of the rest of the "civilized" world doesn't seem to care.
What matters most is whether or not Americans stays true to our traditional values, because, as Ronald Reagan pointed out:
