Or he might have been dehydrated, which can definitely cause confusion and very strange behavior. 40% surface area burns can cause you to lose a lot of liquid through the damaged skin.

Texas heat wave? It’s called July and August. I guess the public is unaware that it’s always 100 degrees this time of year. I’ve been traveling to San Antonio for years on business and I’ve never seen it less than 95 in July or August.
