Prosecution tried 3 times to peremptory challenge Ms. "I can't judge people" Juror #4. The Judge wouldn't let them.

That is not true, In fact it was the defense that wanted more peremptory challenges but was refused by the court. In the end, both sides said they were satisfied with the jury.<P

They would have done better to go to Tallahassee or Panama City for jurors. More conservative part of the state

Not only did the Prosecutor try to dump juror #4, the judge refused because he bought the defense argument that it was based on race.
