I agree. Casey will not have smooth sailing.

Put honestly, Casey will either end up in jail on some different conviction (like OJ) or in some horrific mess that she will have to end up living with. No man will go near her, no family will want her, the police will possibly end up looking for any excuse to make her life a misery and her ability to get a job is crippled. She might get some money from books deals or an interview, but how long will that last?

Partying will happen, but how long until she starts getting banned from clubs based on what has happened? She might get in even, but the other clubbers will shun her and avoid being seen talking to her. When she steps into the bathroom, the other women will end up snubbing her or won’t talk around her. She will end up being so alone and either eaten up by guilt or she will end up just alone at some point getting into more trouble. Women like her always get into something.

In a Court of Law she is innocent and in time we will see if she ends up straight or in jail again. OJ is at this point in jail on other charges and bankrupt, Casey may well end up in the same situation.
