People need to think outside the box. All breakfast foods are revolting. I never ate breakfast until I realized I could eat other things. Eat sandwich or soup or salad for breakfast. On rare occasions I have some pancakes or an omlet for um dinner.

Breakfast foods revolting? The best meal of the day. So many choices - cereal, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage....

Hamburgers! The cornerstone of any nutritious breakfast.

I work my meals differently. I get up early but don't eat anything till about 11...and that's usually "lunch"...soup...maybe salad...maybe sandwich.

Dinner is about 7. Late night snack 10PM is "cereal"...with WHOLE milk.

I think it's the "fast" breakfast foods that are gross, but eating carbs in the morning will land me flat on my back around 10AM. I'm terrible at eating in the morning -- my stomach isn't awake until at least 9 -- but soft-boiled eggs are a miracle food. One or two and I'm good to go. No sugar crash! :)

When I was in college the cafeteria was closed on Saturday morning so our standard fare was chocolate cake and tomato soup and we thought it was wonderful.
