I’ve been saying that every new budget they have to present should only cut deeper. Eventually, they might want to start passing partial budgets simply disbanding entire departments and grants.

That is almost exactly my wish list.

Keep submitting new budgets each with at least a 10% reduction of the previous one. Only compromise acceptable would be to the previously submitted budget.

I like the idea of defunding or completely abolishing some of the more useless agencies. Nice additional touch!
