Just wait and see the MSM pick this real estate deal apart.

As compared to Whitewater and what was the other one that was even worse?

As compared to Tony Resco and a lot ruined at a bargain basement price?

They paid cash no leverage and no funny deals or shady characters....

My guess this will be a winter home, summer in Alaska when they holiday from 1600 Penn...

Question is where is it in terms of Victor Airways or runway approach plates because their will be a 30 mile no fly-zone above it when she becomes POTUS....

Just a hunch, with Todd as a pilot they chose a spot that didn't muck-it-up for pilots....

From Alaska to Arizona, that is going to be a climatic stock to their systems!

Thanks for the ping. That is a beautiful house. Scottsdale is an amazing suburb.

Interesting though why she would pick Arizona, any thoughts?

BWAAAHAAAAHAAAHAHAHAhahahahahahahahahah!

Yeah, ping me when you put this back up! LMAO

I guess reading the "Tea" leaves has never been your forte, there, Madame Olga. She's already running, braille-tooth.

Typical for northerners. Many retirees here have homes in North Dakota and Arizona, Texas or Florida. Spend winters in the south, summers in the north.

"If she runs and gets in bed with McCain she won’t get my vote."

Or Todd's either. LMAO! McBackstabber has already intimated that he doesn't back her for the Oval Office. What on earth are you smoking? Do you share...?

Too damn hot, that's why I moved from there.

Otherwise, concur.

I used to bike up near where the house is: Dynamite Rd. coming out of Rio Verde is the famous "nine mile hill".

Rode it one day in 95 degree heat with one of those forged-steel chain type bike locks on it.

GO SARAH!

(Need to let her know about Flo's Asian Kitchen and AJ's Foods).

Cheers!

You are right, many Alaskans keep a home for 2 months in lower 48; keep residency in Ak. Leave Ak after xmas, back in mid feb; the break from short daylight does one good.

We have talked about it ourselves, but can't do without the winter. Snowmachining, ice fishing, winter hunting, and just all the seasonal activities is to much part of our lives; not to mention not living along the Yukon which is pretty near as wilderness as still exists in America. I can't take the hordes of people or highways or locked doors & crime or taxes, ect ect. I like living where the nearest law enforcement or organized govt is 200 miles away; now that's freedom.

Palin sees the Alaska all Alaskans see, I guess it's hard for people down there to understand what I'm talking about. If you lived here and liked the lifestyle; just something hard to part with honestly. There are people with dreams who come here and are gone the break of nx spring; but they ain't Palin.

So Palin might keep a winter home, but her residency will remain in Ak, take that to the bank.

Yes I know, in Texas we call them snowbirds. I hope that is what the Palins will do because summers in Arizona are brutal and looooooong.

Yes but Rush chose the most liberal part of the state while Huckabee picked the most conservative.

South Florida is composed mostly of retired New Yorkers, Cubans and Haitians.

The Panhandle is mostly two groups. The old timers who have been there at least since the 1700s and the military retirees. The two groups generally share the same values. The only trouble comes when one of the newcomers want to tell us how they do things up North.

AK to AZ? Geez the heat will fry them.

Concur. No way Todd would agree to Arizona.

Here's a video report of a news crew encountering a black SUV with Alaska plates at the gate of the property. This just about seals it for me, folks. She bought the house. http://www.azcentral.com/video/#/News/Did+Sarah+Palin+buy+a+Scottsdale+house%3F/40280768001/35150280001/953976270001

Beer drinkers owe Cave Creek a debt of gratitude...

Would like to have a chili beer there with the Palins.

Cave Creek Chili Beer...brings back memories.

Wonder if she'll eat dinner at The Satisfied Frog, if it's still around?
