Possible fallout from Ind Supreme Court ruling?
Criminals feel safer now?
GEE didnt see that coming.
Police said it's not known if the cases are related, but both remain unsolved.-- Criminals feel safer now? --
Definitely, especially the police.

>Criminals feel safer now?<
.
Wow, that is very ominous.
With the rise of Islam and increasing unemployment in this country it is even more crucial that the 2nd Amendment be maintained.
Any lives lost and any blood spilled MUST be laid at the feet of that black robed bastard.
Period.
We need to pierce the veil of judicial immunity. The first time somebody gets killed in a home invasion the fat azz judges on the ISC need to be charged with murder ONE.
Politicians, law makers, and police are far to insulated from the results their folly.
If the courts won’t hold themselves responsible, what is left? Noose? Tar and feathers? I prefer due process. You never know where revolution will take you. These clowns, by removing avenues for redress of wrongs through due process leave us open to insurrection. Nobody wants that! It is unbelievable dangerous.
Let’s hope that the perps don’t know the address of the court that made the ruling that you cannot resist the police under any circumstances!
I wonder where the homeowners go for justice now that they are not able to defend their homes? Do you suppose there was some liability insurance for crooks that could be used to pay a judgment?
It’s Victor Victoria...cops imitating criminals imitating cops.
There were 3 black robed bastards who voted to rob Hoosiers of their 4th amendment rights.
>> in the interests of public safety.
Public safety is merely a side effect of suppressing crime. The law has no use for innocence, the Constitution notwithstanding.
I don’t doubt for a second that this ruling will embolden criminals, but this stat by itself tells me nothing. How many fake-cop home invasions are there usually per year? How many this year before the ruling? Did these invasions occur in a high-crime or low-crime area?
That statistic would be based on VERY incomplete data as only those victims who survive could report them.
Daniels needs to speak out about this NOW!
The court basically said bend over and take it. You have no legal right to fight back against anyone who invades your home.
A mouse that comes into your house, he has the right to fight back, probably won’t work.
Even an ant in your garden has a right to fight back if you dig up the anthill.
You are now lower than mice and ants.
But I’m sure the judges all have armed guards/security setups, so works for them, eh?
If they succeed in taking away our guns, these home invasions will sky rocket.
He wrote the majority opinion.
If voters keep him, he finishes out his 10 year term.
“Your Honor, I regret that I was forced to shoot Officer Friendly. He had no search warrant and forced his way into my home with pistol drawn. I had read about several cases of home invasion burglary in which the perpetrators wore fake police uniforms. I had always thought that “To Serve and Protect” implied a strong belief in the Constitution, and that our local police would never violate the 4th Ammendment.”
Can’t these unionized thugs understand that they have merely set themselved up as targets? Test the waters too many times, and one day there will be a gator down there.
