Will there be a Constitutional Crisis if it is proven that the Soetoro administration is arming al-Qaeda aka “Libyan Rebels”?

There is a Constitutional crisis now because Obama violated the Constitution and the War Powers Act (now Federal law).

The only problem is Congress is delegated the responsibility of holding him accountable,(Just like they were with Clinton). Just like Clinton's Congress, this Congress is faithless to their duties and oaths.
