I have 348 precincts left to be counted, of those:
41 in Dane (lib)
13 in Milwaukee (liv)
19 in Washington (cons)
73 in Waukesha (cons)
and the rest somewhere else.....Prosser down about 4000 as of now....
The students in Madison right now are running up and down the halls of their dorms, pulling their roommates out to the polling places to get some more votes in. They won't report until they scam up the votes they think they will need to win.
