It’s funny that the precincts all just start reporting now at the same time after not reporting anything all night. Almost as if on cue. It takes time to print up, box up, then "find" those extra ballots. Isn't it amazing... every friggin' time.

And less than half-hour ago, there were five precincts not reported... yet it appears Kloppenburg picked up more votes even though five precincts are *still* shown as not reported. AP mess up, or something else?
