What the difference in count that can require a recount?

Are there any absentee ballots? I just don’t trust the union thugs. There should be no recounts.

What the difference in count that can require a recount?

If the Democrat is ahead, there is no recount. If the Republican is ahead, they recount until the Democrat is ahead, then they stop the recount.
