What the difference in count that can require a recount?

Are there any absentee ballots? I just don’t trust the union thugs. There should be no recounts.

What the difference in count that can require a recount? If the Democrat is ahead, there is no recount. If the Republican is ahead, they recount until the Democrat is ahead, then they stop the recount.

Don’t think there are any mandatory recounts in WI.
