Those five precincts could still have a lot of votes - they are most certainly from Madison and will all go for the Union Thug. Let's hope Prosser has some margin elsewhere.
Precincts 0176 and 0228 are the only ones with significant voting populations in Dane as yet uncounted. Based on the February turnout, I'd estimate 5,000 votes in those two. Barring fraud, of course. Which is a huge assumption.
