Live thread: Wisconsin Supreme Court election - Prosser vs Kloppenburg

This election is important nationally too. If Kloppenburg is elected the Wisconsin mandate by the electorate in 2010 in this state will be negated by the WI Supreme Court and the unions will have won.

I live in a hardcore conservative area and discovered today that my Prosser yardsign was mutilated and thrown into one of my plantings.

Pray for Wisconsin and for Prosser's election!

It’s a shame that we all have to watch a judicial election as if it’s a race for the legislature. Then again, that’s exactly what the left has turned the judiciary in to.

Milwaukee is leaning 2-1 for Prosser.

Is that expected?'

No! This is awesome news! Dane County cannot take an election without Milwaukee County.

I’m not worried yet - (from Washington County, currently live in Madison Burb)

Numbers look good - watch, Jefferson, Rock, Racine, Kenosha.

Washington, Waukesha, Ozaukee will come out hammering soon.

Milwaukee needs to be stable.

If the Dems lose this, it’s going to be a HUGE slap in the face to the Moonbat Left, who have been pulling out all the stops, legal and otherwise, to prove a point with this election.

I’ll say this: considering all the pro-union publicity, the large demonstrations and union money poured into this race, the results look pretty darn fantastic thus far.

Milwaukee County hasn’t started reporting yet, that went 62% for Kerry in 2004. Turnout there will be interesting, because it could be high in some areas, low in others. Dane County hasn’t reported new votes in a while. I wouldn’t smell a rat just yet, but that is strange.

More updated Dane County results here. According to this, Madison city precincts aren't reporting at all yet.

“How so? State supreme courts can just go around voiding legislation they don’t like?”

Duh. That’s what left-wing judges do. Where have you been the last 50 years?

Yes, and if the RATS lose this, it helps the GOP in Washington regarding the shutdown battle - the Senate RATS up next year will be terrified.

Looks like Dane County is holding back votes “as needed.”
