[history]
This election is important nationally too. If Kloppenburg is elected the Wisconsin mandate by the electorate in 2010 in this state will be negated by the WI Supreme Court and the unions will have won.
I live in a hardcore conservative area and discovered today that my Prosser yardsign was mutilated and thrown into one of my plantings.
Pray for Wisconsin and for Prosser's election!

No, not overlooking that. I readily agree that the dismantling of Kiffmeyer’s voting regulations played a part. My point is that Coleman still should have won the race, and that during the recount phase there was no fraud committed by Franken’s camp or other irregularities that are typically bandied about that robbed Coleman of a victory. Coleman ran a piss-poor campaign and had an incompentent legal team that allowed Franken to win.

[Incredible, and disturbing, that 24 precincts have yet to report.]
Very. Those damn Rat bastards plan to steal it! Wonder how many votes they can safely manufacture. No doubt they are working on it right now. :(
Am trying to relate: The only reason I can think that areas were not reporting is that some of the votes are being contested......If that is the case I’d say it is our people who are contesting the vote. Possibly good news.

New update - Prosser's lead down to 419.
Prosser - 737,224
Communist - 736,805
This is with 6 more precincts in, leaving 18 more to be counted, including 8 precincits from Sauk County.

The latest:
3612/3630 precincts counted
Prosser, 737,224 — 50%
Kloppenburg, 736,805 — 50%
Prosser’s lead dropped to 419 votes with 18 precincts left to count. As I see it, with precincts in liberal counties as the only ones remaining, Kloppenburg will pull ahead shortly.
Not surprising, though... the dems almost always win the close ones.

Maybe not—Saulk just came in, making the present difference. Two of the remaining are in Jefferson and Taylor, which may close the gap, and the rest are from counties that run very close so where in the county will likely make the difference. Likely to be only a double digit win whoever pulls it out.

Yes, they do. The system in Wisconsin, like many states, is not set up well to prevent voter fraud. In a recount Democrats have a system to count votes until they win and then stop.

Conflicting reports on whether or not all of Milwaukee is in—but the last twelve precincts were all from areas favourable to us. When it went from twelve to two, the movement was actually favourable. The Dane precinct, according to an earlier post, only has five registered voters.

With an election this close, the RATS will “find” missing ballots in the river, truck of the Sec of State's car, anywhere. They “find” the number of missing ballots that will clearly let the RATS win this election. LOSERS all of them.

imo, when the margin is this close there is almost guaranteed to be cheating of some sort. It’s too easy to come up with a few ballots here and there to make the difference. No one will notice 10 here, 25 there, 15 there, 20 there.

In a recount Democrats have a system to count votes until they win and then stop. Yep. It worked beautifully for them in MN. Once Franken got that lead, IIRC, that's pretty much what they did. Never mind the fact several hundred felons' votes were counted for Franken.

I know I shouldn’t think like this, but wouldn’t it be nice, if just once, some of our counties “found” just enough ballots at the eleventh hour? Maybe that would cause enough people to pay attention and help clean up our elections.

When the ‘Pubs start “winning” close elections, then this kind of crap will stop. Only then. Until that time, the ‘Rats have no incentive to change, they always manufacture enough votes to “win” close elections. If we start “finding” so-called “lost” ballots and those end up going 100% for the ‘Pubs, as opposed to 100% for the ‘Rats like they do now, then and only then will there be calls for “safeguards” to be put in place.

Hey, that’s the Williams Bay that is at Lake Geneva, right?
I still have a relative who has a home there. Their home is near Buttons Bay, east and south of Williams Bay. We went and celebrated the 100th anniversary of that house’s construction in 2008. They rented the Lady of the Lake and our group cruised around the lake and had dinner.
Last year Lake Geneva’s publisher of “At The Lake” put out a book I bought called “Geneva Lake Reflections, More Stories From The Shore”. My cousin who has the cottage at the lake told me about the book because her home is featured in the book and she knows how I love that house.
The book has a lot of history in the front of it. It’s very interesting. It mentions not only Lake Geneva’s history but what was going on elsewhere, and does have The Great Chicago Fire listed in the historical events.
I wonder if your relative’s home is in the book too.
There was a first edition of the book (since the one I have is “more stories from the shore”). The home you might have known could be in that one too.
There is a website in the inside cover for the publisher.
www.ntmediagroup.com
I see that stands for Nei-Turner Media Group Inc.
93 W.Geneva Street, Box 1080
Williams Bay, WI 53191
(800)386-3228
The home I know on Lake Geneva was originally the gardener’s cottage. It is a beautiful tudor style with the leaded glass windows and timber and stucco exterior. It is in the “Negawni” section of the Lake. Page 141 of my book.
Well, that was no doubt TMI.
I was up until 1am. Still a little punchy.
Must get to work now.

Kloppenburg leads Prosser by only 369 votes, and the five remaining precincts should be helpful to Prosser: two precincts are in heavily GOP counties, one is in a 50/50 county and two are suburban precincts in Milwaukee County.
Are there provisional and absentee ballots still out there?
Any way you slice it, there will be a recount.

The recounts are going to last for months. Strap in. Just keep in mind that the entrenched TAKERS are going to fight like they’re in it for their lives against those of us that SUPPORT them with our tax dollars.
Change is difficult. None of this will be easily won. We just have to stay strong and keep supporting the good guys where and when we can. :)

There will be a recount whatever the outcome. The GOP has to be vigilant is protecting the integrity of the ballot.
I predict, just as Wisconsin focused the nation's attention on the issue of oublic employee unions and their compensation and benefits packages, so to wull the recount cause a HUGE focus oin the issue of electoral fraud. The number of ballots that will be contested/tossed will be staggering...

Its funny that the precincts all just start reporting now at the same time after not reporting anything all night. Almost as if on cue. It takes time to print up, box up, then "find" those extra ballots. Isn't it amazing... every friggin' time.

There will be a recount whatever the outcome. Who says there will be a recount if the Republican loses? That's never the way it works.
