My impression of a typical Jay Severin session:
That's pretty good! And accurate.
I gave up on Jay because I couldn't stand the multiple, long winded explanations of simple ideas or topics.
"Blah-blah-blah, by that I mean Blah-Blah, which is to say Blah-Blah-blah-blah. In other words Blah-Blah-Blah-Blah-Blah. Or said another way Blah-blah-blah.
That grew tiring and frustrating after a while, I got it the first time, thanks.

I couldn't stand the multiple, long winded explanations of simple ideas or topics. True. Something else he does that drives me crazy is provide too many examples of something. He always seems to push it beyond his own ability:
"For example, a Red Sox player -- like, I don't know, Carl Yazstermski, or Tony Congliaro, or Carleton Fisk ... or ... or ... Roger Clemons ... or ... or ... or ... or ... A-Rod ... or ... or ... or ... or ..."
Jeez, Jay, give it a rest. As soon as you start grasping for one more example, don't try to give us two more beyond that. It's OK. We get it.
