They will humbly accept them as their inevitable fate, honor their dead, then return to life.
Americans would demand they be 100% protected from every natural disaster known to man, while hundreds of "scientists" pretend they can meet that demand if the selfish taxpayers would just give them millions MORE in gov't grants.

I wonder how the Japs will rationalize these disasters?I think the Japanese understand that they live in one of the most seismically active places on earth. The earthquake was due to the subduction of the Pacific plate under the Okhotsk plate... which has been going on for more than 15 million years.
