Where can I find the 1,000 companies and unions given waivers from ObamaCare?

VANITY: I tried doing a search to find the list of the 1,000+ companies/unions/etc. that have been granted waivers from the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act." Needless to say, it is not a featured link on the HHS.gov website. I'm sure there are some great Freeper sleuths who know where we should be able to find this -- Google and Bing don't seem to want to help.

Maybe HHS doesn't want people to know who is being granted waivers... Maybe HHS doesn't want people asking the question. I think it should be a FAQ on the HHS website because I'm sure there are some real insights to be gained from that list.

TOPICS: Constitution/Conservatism; Government; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: act; affordable; care; obamacare
TIA for your help in finding this list!

There is no such thing as a waiver from a valid law. What he has done is instruct the “Justice” department to not prosecute certain companies for not following the law. That is selective enforcement which renders the entire law invalid and unenforceable. Where is the ACLU?

I have... and I invite you to try, too. It sure doesn’t turn up as a news release. And wouldn’t you think reporters would be asking?

Currently there are 729 approved applicant waivers covering a total of 2,189,636 enrollees and four states (Mass, NJ, Tenn, Ohio).

Thanks to you both... Maybe I did see this report but just didn’t recognize it from the headline the used! “Helping Americans Keep the Coverage They Have and Promoting Transparency” — yeah, that’s the ticket! Hide the waivers under “Helping Americans... and Transparency!”

Even those numbers may be outdated. That page is headed with a notation that it archived and not currently updated.

Check the latest list of donors to the Fuhrer’s re-election campaign. If not there, check with Pelosi and Reid and check under their desks.
