You’re absolutely right; even worse, in my town the civil servants were forced (via NAACP lawsuit) to allow Newark residents to apply, while Newark kept a residency requirement which precludes our residents from applying there. This is open war on whites - and has done nothing to benefit the people it was supposed to aid. They are now legally inferior, and this includes Latinos, women, etc.
