That is a bit of an understatement. Scott is a one term Republican Senator who won’t be missed when he is gone.

Unfortunately, a GOPer like Brown is the closest to “conservative” we`ll see from MA. True, he`ll be gone after 2012... I bet MA will look to return itself completely to the dem fold and elect a hard-core lefty like Deval Patrick. Brown will be a distant memory.
