Seems to me that these 'rats are not needed to vote, and neither were the Texan 'rats a few years ago.
Video Shows Texas Legislative Members Voting For Each Other.... cameras in the statehouse caught numerous lawmakers voting up to four times on a single bill while casting ballots for their absent colleagues...
