Looking for a legal opinion here:
Is it true that the Senators, in a PR move, used a school bus to arrive at their destination? If so, then seeing as the Senators were seen leaving the state on a school bus, does this qualify as misappropriation of state property? Were documents filed with the proper offices before they ran away?
