Is the governor a Republican? If so, he should immediately accept their “resignations.”

Larson said Dems are not worried about law enforcement pursuing them and dragging them back to the capitol. Though the current proposal exempts state police, he said that individual officers had privately expressed solidarity with the Dems' and public employees' cause.

"They understand the importance of workers banded together to protect workers rights," Larson said, characterizing his conversations with officers. "They understand why we're here."

“I hope Kasich in Ohio is paying attention.”

Yea seal the state borders, or at the very least have the police keep a close eye on their Democrats.

Anyone else remember when Texas democrats fled to Oklahoma and New Mexico to bust the quorum?

How did that turn out for them? I forget.

The Governor is speaking from a position of strength. He is confident the people are with him.

According to the Twitter account of Democrat State Senator Chris Larson from Bay View, "For those looking for us, we are right here, standing with the people of Wisconsin."

In Illinois.

After reading those contract details, I can see why.

Care to have some fun? Call and ask to be transfered to them. Jamming the hotel switchboard will make them unwanted guests in a hurry.

Clock Tower Resort and Conference Center 7801 East State Street Rockford, IL 61108 (815) 398-6000

Ask for: Tim Carpenter, Spencer Coggs, Tim Cullen, Joe Erpenbach, Dave Hansen, Jim Holperin, Robert Jauch, Dan Kapanke, Chris Larson, Julie Lassa, Mark Miller, Fred Riser, Lena Taylor, Kathleen Vinehout, or Robert Wirch.

Gov. Walker should at the least make it publicly known that any state employee who violates the law, or disobeys orders from their superiors will be jailed, fired, or both depending on the instance. That should include every state employee, period.
