I can attest to that. I’ve lived in the Philippines for 4 years and this is without a doubt the coldest I’ve ever seen it here. This time of year is referred to as “cool and dry” season and usually it’s high 80s during the day and low 70s at night.

This past month, the night temps have been getting into the low 60s or even high 50s. Being from Minnesota, this doesn’t phase me, but many Filipinos are getting colds cause they don’t know how to deal with it.
