Freeper Budge passed away

I received a message from a good friend of Budge's telling me that he had passed away either last night or this morning. I don't know any particulars yet. I got an email from him just yesterday. I know Budge had lots of friends on FR and was active for many years and attended numerous events. I thought y'all would want to know.

You're welcome... until today, I didn't know the kind of cards Budge had been dealt in life regarding his physical being. His soul burned bright and really came out in his spirit, and that impression is just from a cyber relationship. I'd like to take the liberty of imagining that a personal relationship with Budge was something really special.

I can see why- Budge had an indomitable spirit! Thank you for the pictures. They are certainly a boost in one’s ability to reminisce about Budge.

Ah — yes! Those were some days! We were all different, all ages, and from all over. And we were “ONE”. Cherished memories! And they come rushing back when we hear of such a Freeper as Budge. RIP, FRiend!

My husband and I only met Budge in person a few times but he so impressed us with his outgoing and cheerful manner. He was also quite intelligent. He told us the same as he told SL, an accident involving his auto, maybe truck, and a train when he was around 20yrs old.

I didn’t know Budge but it’s always sad when a FReeper passes. From reading the comments here, he was a real trooper - - as a FReeper and as a man.
