Is there any news on whether the whole law was thrown out, or did the judge declare the unconstitutional parts separable from the rest of the law even though Congress didn't include a separability provision in the law?

The mandate is not severable, therefore the whole act is unconstitutional.

From what I understand, due to the severabilty issue the entire Law is voided.
