Pence and Bachmann both sound like they are running for Prez. DeMint’s adviser said a couple weeks back that everything is still on the table. And Cain almost certainly is running.
If we get two out of the 4 I’ll be satisfied. I hope Bolton runs too, if for nothing else to teach the rest of the field about US sovereignty.

I agree. It will either be DeMint, Bachmann, Cain or Pence. After four years of Obummer, voters will be in no mood for someone without a lot of executive experience. That gives Herman Cain the edge.

Congressman Steve King of Iowa is ready to throw his hat in the ring with a little encouragement. He’s the type of leader that would have our enemies quaking in their boots.

Voters will be in no mood for liberalism. That should give any of the 4 the edge not only over Obama, but the rest of the GOP wannabees.

I agree the front runners have too much baggage. The reality also is that within 5 minutes of assuming a national presence, any Republican will have too much baggage, manufactured by the MSM and force fed the public 24/7.

He means Jeb Bush. I don’t want any more Bushies. They have proven they are better than Obama—but we need real conservatives now. RINOS are not what we need in this crisis.

I was pimping for King earlier in the year, but he hasn’t made any noises about it. I’d be quite happy if he goes for it. No one currently holding office in DC or the guv’s mansions is as conservative as King.

Cain’s a dark horse to 3/4 of the electorate.

Jeb would NOT be a dark horse. He’d be hailed as the instant frontrunner. And no, I don’t want him either. He’s a flippin amnesty queen, like most of the others.

Not all of them... Sarah Palin, for instance.

I like the idea of a governor.

Would he have to surrender his House seat? I don’t think he would, as IA has a September (?) primary.

Bachmann is the only one of those that could win.

Must suck having to hope that no conservatives run. What a miserable existence.

Jebbie, Myth, and Huckabee are truly triplets of the left. It would be hard to vote for any of them as the nominee. Maybe Constitution Party then, which is the same as voting for Obama.
