James Eric Fuller, 63, who was shot in the knee, had told The Post on Friday, the day before his arrest, that top Republican figures should be tortured -- and their ears severed.
"There would be torture and then an ear necklace, with [Minnesota US Rep.] Michelle Bachmann and Sarah Palin's ears toward the end, because they're small, female ears, and then Limbaugh, Hannity and the biggest ears of all, Cheney's, in the center," Fuller said.
Also on Friday, Fuller stopped by the home of gunman Jared Lee Loughner and told a neighbor he was going to forgive the shooter, The Associated Press said.
On Saturday, Fuller was carted away for a psychiatric exam after disrupting the town-hall meeting by taking a photo of Tucson Tea Party co-founder Trent Humphries and shouting, "You're dead!"

The shooter seems to have had a fascination with space travel being a government conspiracy and that it isn’t possible. Gifford’s husband being an astronaut may have been the catalyst for this looney.
I wonder if the 2 knew each other. The police were originally saying they thought it was not a one-man job. I wonder if the cab driver running away was the only reason they thought that. A lot of people were running away around there.
Exactly. And how many guys brag about it? If you really wanted to kill someone would you stand up in front of a room full of people and say so? All that does is draw attention and keep you further from your goal. This guy is full of it. Typical lib.

Oh, I’d love to see somebody try to harvest the gov’s ears. Really I would. It strikes me that there are far less painful ways to die.
And don’t forget, this guy WAS a connected liberal political figure, working hard for the left, doing petition drives, and supporting left-wing candidates.
He is exactly the highly motivated political operative that the media pretended Laughlin was, and he has threatened violence against other political figures.
And yet whenever we read about him, it’s always “shooting victim”, never “partisan left-wing ideologue”.
Sarah would be decor, to Fuller.
They will excuse this moonbat and say he is mentally ill, as is Loughner and they will blame it on us.

He needs to be confined for a LONG LONG time.

One final point. Notice how Fuller said he was going to forgive the killer, while he wanted to torture Republicans and conservatives who had nothing to do with the killing. There's a liberal for you! In the mind of a liberal, being a conservative is a far greater sin than committing mass murder. A liberal is ready to blame his ideological enemies for a mass murder, but not the mass murderer himself.
