Think about who “confirmed” Giffords was the target.

Yeah, I saw him. I was so mad, I was spitting spaghetti all over the place cussing at him and calling him the commie pig that he is.
It's time to send some letters. Not to the Sheriff but to the Tuscon newspapers. Remind him of just a few instances where the leaders of HIS PARTY freely threatened violence and murder. Time to fight back.
I don't know if/when this guy's up for reelection but I suspect that his chances of winning just went down 10%

It should be interesting to watch who takes over after the death of the Judge and what happens next.
It should also be interesting to see what transpires between now and the 2012 elections. If we have elections.
I’ve never used a gun before, but I bet even I could kill a person if I had a full gun to do it with and was less than 4 feet away from the person to be killed.

If he had meant to kill her then why didn’t he make sure he finished the job? He was certainly armed to do it. Why be so deadly with a crowd of innocent bystanders and yet forget about finishing off his intended target?
It doesn’t make sense. Like a lot of stuff surrounding this.
If he went into this intending to kill Rep Giffords and himself, it makes no sense for him to open fire on the crowd rather than actually killing the 2 people he meant to kill - and INSTEAD “accidentally” hitting random people - one of which happened to be a judge who had just 72 hours earlier ruled against Obama’s executive order allowing himself to illegally grab a bunch of money from individuals not proven guilty of anything.
Now that the FBI is involved the records will all be sanitized.
What we citizens can find out on our own will be the only honest reporting that will ever be done on this. Mark my words.

I’m not fond of conspiracy theories, but i’ve smelled a rat from the beginning. The wrong spelling was released to the media, but google, myspace, and facebook were all able to get everything scrubbed. Is this accurate or was it only shemp that got it wrong?

If that guy specifically intended to kill Giffords, then why wasn’t he able to do it with a fully loaded automatic in point-blank range?
I think having an extended clip shows he intended to shoot up the crowd. The fact that his postings said good-bye and referred to himself in the past tense indicates it was a suicide mission, where he intended to kill himself after doing what he had set out to do. I think him failing to kill Giffords makes it very questionable that she was the target. Seems like he had 2 things he made sure got done: Giffords received a non-fatal wound, and the crowd was shot up resulting in a seemingly “random” killing of a judge who had just 72 hours earlier ruled against Obama’s unconstitutional power grab.
Judge Roll was dead and the Tea Party was being blamed for an attack on Giffords. Two birds with one stone.
Neither the shooter, sheriff, the FBI, DHL, nor anybody reporting the story would have any motive to say that it was anything other than an intended hit on Giffords by somebody enraged by the Tea Party and Sarah Palin.
For the shooter not cooperating with the police, they’re “confirming” a lot of stuff that would have to come from his own mouth. And we know the connections the DHS put forward, to American Renaissance, didn’t seem to be based on anything factual at all.
From the beginning this whole thing has stunk.
I haven't a clue HOW he voted. But, if he voted last in the 2008 general election, don't you think he is not politically motivated.
He didn't vote FOR or AGAINST Giffords.
Most likely the radio planted in his tooth told him to shoot her!
I wouldn’t put much past crazy liberals, but I just refuse to believe even Obama would send a crazed killer into a crowd. It’s just too sick. Even for them.
Then later on you had the Paul Wellston’s memorial turned into a huge demoncRATic political rally and boing Republicans coming to pay their respects.
It back-fired on them tremendously, and this here will too. Then you have the “precious” video of Clinton at “killed” Brown’s funeral. It’s ALL very predictable with the help of the “Drive-BY’ media!!!
Many people attribute West Virginia's then-Governor Joe Manchin's Senate campaign ad ("Dead Aim"), where he shot a rifle bullet through the cap and trade bill, as turning the election around for him.
Pundits heralded the ad as clever and convincing for Manchin. Nobody called it "vitriol."

It has been my observation that Federal Judges do not have protection unless threatened. They do have security in their court rooms and some have CCW which they are allowed to carry into Federal buildings.
I rest my case. I repeat my previous recommendation of many months ago that you seek help from a mental health professional. If you choose not to do this, you might want to apply for a full time position on Coast to Coast. All the best to you in the New Year.

Obama’s pal Bill Ayers used to sit around with his Columbia University buddies and plan how they would execute the estimated 15 million Americans they expected to not be able to “re-educate” in camps.
This is the guy who visits the White House and babysat Obama’s kids.
The communists are every bit as deadly as the Islamists. When they’ve joined together to kill off the real Americans they will turn on each other. At that point life on earth will literally be Hell.
