The main purpose of his press briefing yesterday was to take a swing at conservatives who are trying not to be overrun in their own country by illegals. He is no sheriff. He's a democrat operative.

Actually they are going after both the second amendment (via UN agreement) and the first amendment via FCC regulation of speech.
The left knows it can not enact it’s total control and oppression while people are talking about it and thereby organizing resistence. That includes rinos who are just as furious as the far left that they were caught being radicals.
