This is a data-miners dream. If our country ever goes totalitarian, the new KGB will be able to find "enemies of the state" to purge with just a simple search. All comrades will have a "good citizen quotient" in some secret date base. "Trouble makers" like tea party reactionaries will be culled from the herd with ease. Our internet histories will tell Big Brother who needs "re-education" in the Gulag.
