O.W., I gave you some bad info on the “Food Safety” vote.
It was approved 78-22. Both DeMint and Coburn voted against it.

That doesn’t make S510 suck any less but at least there are fewer sellouts in the Senate than what I thought there were.

No problem. I found a thread after our discussion that indicated the vote. I thought I pinged you but last nite, when I was going through my comments, couldn’t find any evidence of that ping or article.
No question about it though, this bill is not intended for anything except control.
