If GovTrack is correct (http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h111-5281) it will go to Conference Committee.
- - The bill may now proceed to a conference committee of senators and representatives to work out differences in the versions of the bill each chamber approved. The bill then goes to the President before becoming law. [Last Updated: Dec 17, 2010 6:21AM]
However, it is confusing in that it says it will go to the President when the differences are worked out ... it does not say it goes back to each chamber to be voted on again.
Any changes in Conference Committee should require a floor vote in both houses of Congress.

Ironic, isn’t it, that Congress is still going through all the appropriate legal motions...
