According to this page from Congress there are NINE bills listed as the DREAM Act. Does anyone know how to read Congressese and tell us what the disposition of these bills is?
Only one matters -- the one that passed the House last week and which was defeated in the Senate today. Thousands of bills are just left on the shelf every two years when a Congress ends. That is where all those other DREAM bills will die.
