Force it back to the Senate for another vote.

Not sure I’m understanding you here. How does that force it back to the Senate. The Senate doesn’t have to pass the same bill. Differences are reconciled in conference. Am I missing something?

If the House does not pass the exact same bill as the Senate, it must either reconcile in conference OR the Senate could just accept the House change and vote on that (TO SAVE TIME).

Everything is about the calendar now. The GOP should force this back to the Senate. There is no time for a reconciling conference so Reid would have to try to pass the same bill the House votes through. The GOP in the Senate would filibuster that because they have said NO CHANGES, and until this bill passes and becomes law, even the moderates have committed to filibuster ANY OTHER LEGISLATION.

The GOP in the House MUST find a way to get this bill changed and sent back to the Senate. That is the only way to stop DADT and DREAM act. They can achieve that by voting with the faction among the Dems who demand the bill be changed.
